The FileShare application was originally developed by Arts ISIT to allow Arts faculty and staff to securely upload and share large files. With the release of Microsoft OneDrive, FileShare is no longer relevant and will be decommissioned on May 2, 2022.
Microsoft OneDrive is UBC’s preferred method of data storage and file sharing, which allows UBC faculty and staff to securely store, share, and access files from various devices at any time.
