Learning Centre’s virtual drop in
The Learning Centre offers a virtual room through Zoom to assist you with teaching and learning tools remotely. You will be connected to a support person in the main virtual room within five minutes upon entering the virtual waiting room.
Accessing your computer remotely
When supporting you remotely, we may request to temporarily access your computer to apply any necessary updates related to your request. To do so, we use TeamViewer, a fast and secure solution for gaining access to computers remotely.
After you’ve downloaded and opened TeamViewer, please share your session ID with us.
