Describe what you do at Arts ISIT
I program software application modules and provides analysis to ensure that supported computer systems and web applications meet end-user requirements and organizational standards for usability, operability, and performance.
I also prepare documentation, perform user training, and provide technical support by analyzing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and applying appropriate solutions to resolve user issues.
What is the best thing about the work you do at Arts ISIT?
I love supporting Arts faculty and staff, as well as the team at Arts ISIT. I also enjoy the atmosphere in Arts ISIT and all of the available possibilities and opportunities.
