As of October 2023, prospective students applying to UBC will no longer receive a Campus Wide Login (CWL) until they have been enrolled as a student.
Units in the Faculty of Arts who require a valid CWL in order to complete student-facing forms on their Arts Internal Resources (AIR) site will need to make these forms publicly accessible after this date, if you are expecting submissions from individuals who are not yet enrolled as students.
If your forms are currently CWL protected as a way to ensure that students have begun the application process with the university before completing your forms, please note that students will still be provided with a student number at the time of their application, and that this can continue to be used as a required field for this purpose.
