Lecture Interactively Using Top Hat in the Humanities – February 9th, 2017

Top Hat is a web-based classroom response system that offers instructors the flexibility to customize their lecture experience with interactive content. It offers the convenience of managing and transitioning between tasks seamlessly, such as taking attendance, annotating slides, asking questions, and posting discussions. This enhances students’ learning experiences, as well as improving class participation and interaction. Dr. Tina Loo and Dr. Joy Dixon from History will be sharing their pedagogical perspective on using the platform and discussing how this has helped enrich the classroom experience.
