- General inquiries — Answering general questions about course delivery and design strategies
- Consultation — Providing an overview and comparison of course platforms, ideas and strategies for course sites, tips for teaching online, and various learning technologies that can be used to support teaching, learning activities, assignments, exams, and assessments.
