UBC no longer offers Adobe Named User Licensing products through its in-house distribution method. All current subscribers (staff and faculty) that need the software to support their university work activities, must sign up for a new license distributed via the UBC Software Portal by February 28, 2021 to prevent service disruption. You will not need to uninstall your current software or download anything new.
UBC will also be implementing a license renewal policy, which will require you to renew your Adobe Creative Cloud license once every three months in order to receive continuous access to your subscription. This policy aligns with license management best practices as this ensures licenses are only issued to active users.
