We offer extended end-to-end computer support for Arts staff and faculty, including procurement, maintenance, and help with disposal.

Service items

We offer the following support for Arts faculty and staff:

• General Inquiries — Answering general questions about computers
• Consultation — Providing recommendations for computer equipment and internal components and provide estimates on computer value
• Procurement — Purchasing computer equipment or internal components on behalf of departments and programs
• Inventory — Registering computers in the Arts ISIT computer inventory
• Setup — Setting up computer equipment and internal components
• Troubleshooting — Fixing any incidents or issues you may be having with using your computer
• Disposal — Providing support with equipment disposal, data wiping, and donation
