Available devices

UBC offers Office 365 licenses for Windows, Mac, iOS or Android devices.

Active UBC employees can download, install and activate Office 365 free of charge. Products include:

• Word
• Excel
• Powerpoint
• OneNote
• Outlook

Download Office 365

To download the Office 365 installer, go to https://portal.office.com/account and log in with your @ubc.ca M365 account. Once installed, you can activate Office 365 by using the same login.

Note that Office 365 will only be activated if you are an active employee, and will be deactivated immediately when inactive.
