Service items
- General inquiries — Our team will answer general questions about data analysis and reporting.
- Consultation — Our team will provide an overview of what data is available through Arts Datamart, understanding your goals and objectives, and providing recommendations on potential solutions.
- Development – Our team will establish connections with required data sources and uploading it to Datamart for digestion, as well as provide recommendations on design elements in accordance with the Arts Visual Identity established by Arts Communications to improve the user experience and accessibility.
- Training – Our team will provide one-on-one or group training on how to interact with the data product on Tableau, how to interpret the data/information presented, and how to use it in relation to the process it supports (i.e., to connect to decision making).
