In this introductory webinar, Teaching Assistants and Graduate Academic Assistants will be able to get the information they need to support online or technology-enabled learning and grading in Canvas. This workshop is geared towards those who are new to Canvas in a TA role.
By the end of the session, attendees will be able to:
- Customize their Canvas profiles and email notifications.
- Personalize the course pages using the Rich Content Editor.
- Communicate with students using Announcements, Calendar, and Canvas Inbox.
- Create basic assessments using Assignments and Quizzes.
- Manage grades using Speedgrader and Gradebook.
