Use the Course Enrolment Snapshots report to view enrolment trends for your academic unit at different points in time of the enrolment cycle. The report is available to department heads, administrators, and other eligible faculty and staff (e.g., program chairs, undergraduate directors) in the Faculty of Arts.
Available snapshots include:
- End of the registration period (represents the point in time when all staggered registration deadlines have passed)
- The day before the section starts
- Section start date
- 7, 14, and 30 days into each section
- Section end date
- Most recent


Preview of the Course Enrolment Snapshots report on Arts Tableau
By comparing how course enrolment evolves throughout a Winter or Summer session, you can discover attrition patterns for your unit and your courses. Use the report to:
- Analyze course enrolments aggregated at the course academic level, course year level, course subject level, course level, and section level
- Examine percentage changes over time across session snapshots
- Observe trends across past sessions
- Compare your unit’s trends with another unit within the Faculty of Arts, or with the Faculty of Arts as a whole
Note: Data is available starting from the 2024 Winter academic period, following the transition to Workday.
