We offer the following support for Arts faculty and staff:
Course design and delivery strategies
- Consultation – Providing an overview and comparison of course platforms, ideas and strategies for course sites, tips for teaching online, and various learning technologies that can be used to support lectures, teaching, learning activities, assignments, exams, and assessments
Learning technology support
- Setup – Setting up learning technologies and provide access
- Training – Providing one-on-one or group training to instructors and their TAs on learning technologies, including instructions and how-to guides about learning technologies
- Troubleshooting – Fixing any incidents or issues you may be having with using learning technologies
