Interview

What year did you begin to work at Arts ISIT?

2024

Describe what you do at Arts ISIT

My work involves all things content and communications, in order to support two main areas:

  • Engagement: I help manage awareness of Arts ISIT’s services by coordinating communications across our digital channels. I also plan and promote events, including our annual conference.
  • Digital strategy: I provide content strategy support for websites and Arts ISIT tools.

What is the best thing about the work you do at Arts ISIT?

Technology can sometimes seem complex or daunting, so making it easier for people to understand is a highlight—whether it’s by making an interface more user-friendly or sharing information in a more accessible, compelling way.

What are your areas of expertise?

My expertise is mainly in communications including content development, communications planning, and client engagement. I also have a background in UX content strategy from working on websites and web applications.

Before Arts ISIT, I wore different creative hats and worked on graphic design and social media projects in past roles.

Which services does your work relate to?
