Describe what you do at Arts ISIT
I am the first point of contact for anything about AV and IT equipment and services for Vancouver School of Economics (VSE). I started working for UBC Linguistics as a research technician right after completing a degree in Linguistics in 2008. A few years later, I joined Arts ISIT and the roles included AV Support, IT Help Desk as well as web application development. In 2016, I accepted the full-time IT Specialist position for VSE as part of Arts ISIT Help Desk Team.
What is the best thing about the work you do at Arts ISIT?
I have been enjoying the current position thanks to the supportive and friendly environment in VSE as well as all the support by the team at Arts ISIT.
What are your areas of expertise?
Linux and Windows server management, Windows and Mac hardware and software services.
