Describe what you do at Arts ISIT

I support faculty and staff within the Faculty of Arts by providing innovative IT solutions to address a wide range of day-to-day technical challenges. These issues can include anything from computer hardware troubleshooting to the use and optimization of UBC-supported software.

What is the best thing about the work you do at Arts ISIT?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work at Arts ISIT is the opportunity to address a wide variety of user issues throughout the day. This not only allows me to apply my own knowledge, but also encourages collaboration with colleagues to develop effective solutions. Seeing users’ positive reactions when their problems are resolved is especially gratifying.
