Describe what you do at Arts ISIT
I lead a team of superheroes who keep IT and AV running for the Faculty of Arts. The job is part operations, part strategy and a lot of human touch, focusing on clear intake, fast triage and steady service improvements.
Day to day consists of planning work, unblocking issues, and aligning support with where Arts is going, while building a team culture where people do great work and go home happy.
What is the best thing about the work you do at Arts ISIT?
Seeing the impact right away, such as smoother term starts, quicker fixes and fewer headaches. My team lives off Arts ISIT’s value of excellence, and it shows in our results. We love seeing same day resolutions to tickets and happier users.
