New Script for Bulk Assigning in Canvas Quizzes

UBC has developed a script for customizing the availability of Quizzes and Assignments for different groups of students. This script will automatically assign Quizzes and Assignments to students, so that exam start times can be staggered in large classes, or according to student time zones.
